Not received my order still waiting on this

Usually give 5 stars for everything but delivery took longer than said and as result ended up late in eating which wasn’t ideal. Still order from them again though as the food is lovely

You can not fault the amount of food you get. It taste good and it’s fresh. Delivery time was good also

You could bounce the chips off the floor they are roach solid. The kebab was cold and full of hard end bits from being left out in the air and the naan bread is undercooked - that will be the last time we order. Raging at the lost money and now making toast for dinner.

Quality has been dropping for a while, kebabs were greasy chicken looked like it had been cooked on a grill that hasn't been cleaned in days, chips were inedible, burger was good though.

Despite getting one item in the order, it was timeously rectified, good delivery service for a £20 order. That then give you a returning customer, well done.

I use Papa Grill fairly regularly and I am usually happy with the food, however the spicy chicken on the nachos today was so salty that we couldn't eat them. The Pizza we had was great and we enjoyed it which is why the rating for food was marked as good.

Great wee takeaway never had a bad meal and great value for money
